【摘要】 目的:观察乳病消片治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法:将182例乳腺增生病患者分为治疗组142例(口服乳病消片)和对照组40例(口服乳增宁胶囊),分别观察2组的临床疗效、止痛效果、肿块缓解情况及治疗前后乳腺血流动力学和性激素水平的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为98.59%,对照组总有效率为87.50%,治疗组疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);两组阳性症候治疗消失率也有明显差异(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后雌二醇显著降低(P<0.05),而孕酮则有回升(P<0.05),并能减少病变区的血流信号(P<0.05)。结论:乳病消片治疗乳腺增生病具有显著的临床疗效,无不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of rubingxiao tablets on mastoplastia.Method:One handred and eighty two cases of mastoplastia were divided randomly into the treatment group(n=142) and the control group(n=40),and then treated them orally with rubingxiao tablets and ruzengning capsules respectively.The curative and analgesic effects,relief of breast mass and hemodynamics of mammary glands,the changes of sex hormones levels were observed before and after the treatment in two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.59%,the control group was 87.50%,the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the disappearance rate of symptoms had a statistical difference between two groups(P<0.01).In the treatment group the levels of estradiol was decreased obviously after the treatment(P<0.05),but the levels of progesterone was increased(P<0.05),the blood signal was decreased in pathological area(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rubingxiao tablets have a reliable curative effect on mastoplastia.更多还原
