【摘要】 目的:研究人参皂苷Rh₂与化疗药顺铂（DDP）联合应用,在小鼠肉瘤180(S₁₈₀)的实验性治疗中的作用,为临床治疗中的合理联用提供参考依据。方法:以小鼠S₁₈₀为模型,采用正交设计方法进行实验,确定Rh₂和DDP联合应用于小鼠S₁₈₀的实验性治疗中,两者之间是否存在交互作用、以及交互作用的性质,并通过析因设计方法进行进一步的验证。结果:正交实验结果显示,Rh₂与DDP联用时存在交互作用,表现为协同作用;进一步的析因实验验证,一定剂量的Rh₂（0.5 mg·kg（-1））与DDP(0.2 mg·kg^-1)联用时,存在协同作用。结论:Rh₂与DDP联合应用时,增强DDP的抗肿瘤作用,两药联用时表现出良好的抗肿瘤作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigates the cross effect between ginsenoside Rh₂ and therapeutic drug cisplatin（DDP） on the sarcoma 180(S₁₈₀) bearing in mice treated by ginsenoside Rh₂ combining with DDP.Method:The antitumor effect of ginsenoside Rh₂ combining DDP on the sarcoma 180 bearing in mice was evaluated by tumor weight.The cross effect between ginsenoside Rh₂ and DDP on growth of S₁₈₀ was identified by using orthogonal design experiment and the result was further proven by factorial design experiment. Result:The cross effect was found in experimental antitumor treatment,and the cross effect was exhibited synergetic.Conclusion:Ginsenoside Rh₂ is able to enhance the experimental chemotherapeutical effect of DDP when the combination of both.更多还原
