【Abstract】 Based on theories of new public management and governance,this paper analyzed theoretical foundation of government functions adjustment and the real difficulties that the adjustments are facing during integration of urban and rural areas.Based on Jinjiang District in Chengdu for the real case,We also summarized the experience and made a prospect by analyzing the concrete measures of government functions adjustments during integration of urban and rural areas.更多还原
