【摘要】 目的探讨准分子激光角膜磨镶术(LASIK)治疗近视术后屈光回退的相关因素。方法 LASIK术后发生屈光回退并行二次手术的有69眼,按屈光度分为A组(-3.0D以下)、B组(-3.0～-6.0D)、C组(-6.0～-9.0D)、D组(-9.0以上)4组,将4组患者两次治疗前后的屈光度、间隔时间、激光切削量、中央角膜厚度的变化等相关资料进行了统计分析。结果 A、B、C、D各组回退发生率分别为0.21%、 0.61%、1.47%、5.62%,差异有统计学意义;各组屈光回退度数差异有统计学意义,术前屈光不正度数越大,术后屈光回退程度就越高。结论 LASIK治疗近视术后的屈光度回退与术前屈光状态密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the related factors of refractive regression after LASIK in myopia.Methods Sixty-nine eyes were retreated for the refractive regression after LASIK.They were divided into 4 groups by their myopia diopter.The data of the patients and the operation were recorded and compared statistically.Results The rates of the regression among the 4 groups had significant differences and the degree of the regression had significant differences also.Higher myopia diopter before the surgery, higher degree of refractive regression after LASIK.Conclusion There is the relationship between the refractive regression diopter after the LASIK and original myopia diopter.更多还原
