【Abstract】 The hepatolobectomy is an important method in treating liver occupying lesions.Because of the special structure of the liver anatomy, the petients often face the risk of bleeding in hepatolobectomy, and need to infuse a lot of red blood cells, plasma and so on.Which made patients to face the complications of massive transfusion. Therefore, using an integrated blood conservation measures has become a hot issue in the during of liver resection.
