【摘要】 目的观察息风通络化瘀汤对高血压病(肝阳上亢兼血瘀证)的疗效及其心血管危险因素干预的影响。方法高血压病患者100例,随机分为两组。对照组应用依那普利、氨氯地平降压,洛伐他汀胶囊降脂;治疗组在此基础上加服息风通络化瘀汤。评价治疗后的血压下降情况及其心血管危险因素的变化。结果治疗组治疗后血压、血脂及超敏C-反应蛋白水平均降低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论息风通络化瘀汤治疗高血压病(肝阳上亢兼血瘀证)疗效确切,同时能降低此类患者的超敏C-反应蛋白及血脂水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of Xifengtongluohuayu Decoction on the blood pressure and other car-diovascular risk factor of hypertension patients with liver-yang hypertension plus blood stasis syndrome.Methods:100 patients with liver-yang hyperactivity plus blood stasis syndrome of hypertension were divided randomly into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was used the western medicine such as enalapril,amlodipine and lovastation.The treatment group was added to the Xifengtongluo Decoction besides above drugs.Results: After treatment,the decreases of the blood pressure,the blood fat and the CRP were decreased in the treatment group.There were some obvious differences of these indices in two groups.Conclusion: It is obvious curative effect of the Xifengtongluohuayu Decoction on liver-yang hyperactivity plus blood stasis syndrome of hypertension.The level of the hs-CRP and the content of the blood fat could be reduced remarkably by this decociton.更多还原
