【摘要】 目的探讨中药胰泰复方对慢性胰腺炎胰腺纤维化大鼠转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)及Smad7表达的影响。方法采用13.3%L-精氨酸左下腹腔注射制备大鼠慢性胰腺炎模型,分别予胰泰复方、清胰利胆颗粒及生理盐水灌胃治疗,持续2个月免疫组织化学法检测各组大鼠胰腺组织TGF-β1及Smad7蛋白的表达。结果中药治疗组(胰泰复方)中TGF-β1表达低于模型组(生理盐水)、中药对照组(清胰利胆颗粒);Smad7蛋白表达高于模型组、中药对照组。结论胰泰复方通过促进Smad7蛋白的表达抑制TGF-β1的表达,进而阻断和逆转慢性胰腺炎胰腺纤维化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of Compound Yitai Decoction on pancreatitis fibrosis and the expression of TGF-β1 and Smad7 in rats.Methods: The chronic pancreatitis rats models were established by 13.3% L-arginine with the method of celiac injection.After 2 months,the expression of TGF-β1 and that of Smad7 were detected in these models with the Compound Yitai Decoction,the Qingyilidan Granule and the normal saline.Results: The TGF-β1 expression in the Compound Yitai Decociton group was lower than that of the normal saline group and the Qingyilidan Granule group.However,the Smad7 expression in the Compound Yitai Decociton group was higher than that of the normal saline group and the Qingyilidan Granule group Conclusion: Compound Yitai Decoction could promote the expression of Smad7 protein in order to inhibit the expression of TGF-β1.Moreover,this effect could block and reverse fibrosis of chronic pancreatitis.更多还原
