【摘要】 目的观察红花黄色素对急性脑梗死患者血浆内皮素(ET-1)的影响。方法将70例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各35例,两组常规治疗相同,治疗组加用红花黄色素静滴,14d为1个疗程;比较两组治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分及血清内皮素水平情况。结果两组神经功能缺损程度评分及ET-1水平较治疗前均有显著下降,而治疗组降低程度明显优于对照组。结论红花黄色素可改善脑梗死患者的神经功能缺损和血管内皮功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of safflower yellow on the serum ET-1 inpatients with acutecere bral infarction.Methods: 70 cases with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control group of 35 cases and the treatment group of 35 cases.The control group was given the routine treatment.The treatment group was added to the safflower yellow.The neurological deficit score and the serum ET-1 level were observed before treatment,the 7th day and the l4th day after treatment.Results: The neurological deficit score and the ET-1 level were decreased obviously in two groups after treatment.These improvements in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group.Conclusion: The neurological deficit and the vascular endothelial function could be improved by the safflower yellow.更多还原
