【摘要】 目的观察生脉复律汤对乌头碱及氯化钙诱发大鼠各种心律失常的影响。方法选取雄性SD大鼠,分别用乌头碱及氯化钙诱发心律失常,观察生脉复律汤对心律失常出现的时间、特性的影响。结果生脉复律汤能明显延长乌头碱诱发的室性早搏及室性心动过速的发生时间,并有降低心室颤动发生率的趋势,但无统计学意义;生脉复律汤对氯化钙诱发心律失常无明显作用。结论生脉复律汤能够改善乌头碱诱发的室性心律失常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of Shenmaifulv Decoction on rat arrhythmia induced by aconitine and calcium chloride. Methods:The arrhythmia of rat was induced by aconitine and calcium chloride. Then,the occurrence time and the character of the arrhythmia intervention by the Shenmaifulv Decoction were detected. Results:The attack durations of the ventricular premature beat and the ventricular tachycardia were prolonged by the Shenmaifulv Decoction. These herbs could be a trend of decreasing ventricular fibrillation. This improvement was not a statistical difference. The arrhythmia induced by the calcium chloride could not be by the Shenmaofulv Decoction. Conclusion:The arrhythmia induced by the aconitine could be improved by the Shenmaifulv Decoction.更多还原
