【摘要】 目的观察中药制剂抗震止痉胶囊联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗帕金森病(肝肾不足、虚风内动证)患者的疗效。方法将85例患者随机分为两组。观察组予西医常规治疗且口服抗震止痉胶囊、静滴还原型谷胱甘肽,对照组仅接受西医常规治疗,3周为1疗程;治疗前后分别进行Hoehn-Yahr分级及帕金森病统一评分量表第2分量表(UPDRSⅡ)评分,以评定临床疗效,同时根据病情变化适当调整基础治疗药物并进行比较。结果治疗组Hoehn-Yahr分级及UPDRSⅡ评分的改善均优于对照组。结论在西医常规治疗基础上加用抗震止痉胶囊、还原型谷胱甘肽治疗帕金森病的临床疗效优于单独使用西医常规治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Kangzhenzhijing Capsule and glutathione on Parkinson’s syndrome with deficiency wind inner movement syndrome due to weak of liver and kidney. Methods:85 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Besides that routine therapy in two groups,the observation group was added oral Kangzhenzhijing Capsule and intravenous drip glutathione. After 1 treatment course for 3 weeks,the Hoehn-Yahr classification and the Parkinson disease rating scale second subscale(UPDRS Ⅱ) were tested to evaluate the clinical effect,compare the illness change and adjust the drugs. Results:The improvement of the Hoehn-Yahr grade of the observation group was superior to that of the control group. Conclusion:In the basis of the routine western treatment,the clinical effect of the Kangzhenzhijing Capsule and glutathione is significantly better than that of the western medicine only.更多还原
