【摘要】 目的观察养阴活血法治疗高血压病(阴虚阳亢证)的疗效及其对生活质量的影响。方法将55例高血压病阴虚阳亢证患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均常规服用降血压西药,治疗组加用养阴活血中药;均连续治疗4周。结果两组治疗后血压均明显下降,两组降压总有效率相近;两组治疗后症状积分均明显降低,治疗组降低程度大于对照组;其临床总有效率高于对照组;治疗组治疗后生存质量得分处于中等偏上水平,活力(VT)、情绪角色(RE)、社会功能(SF)和心理健康(MH),较治疗前明显改善,VT、RE的改善明显优于对照组。结论养阴活血法治疗高血压病(阴虚阳亢证)有改善症状的作用,能提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect and the life quality of yin-nurishing and blood-activating (YNBA) method in primary hypertension with hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency syndrome.Methods:55 patients with primary hypertension of hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with the YNBA method besides the routine therapy used in two groups during 4 weeks.Results:Scores of life quality in 2 groups were in a low level.After treatment,blood pressures were significantly decreased in 2 groups.There were no significant differences between 2 groups in the blood pressure decrease and the total antihypertensive effective rate.Symptom scores in 2 groups were reduced obviously after treatment.The reducing degree in the treatment group was superior to that of the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.After being used therapies,the score of life quality in the treatment group was in a little higher than the mean level on the whole.The VT,the RE,the SF and the MH in this group after treatment were improved significantly than those before the treatment.Improvements in the VT and the RE were remarkable than those in the control group.Conclusion:YNBA method could improve the symptoms and the life quality of these patients of primary hypertension with hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency syndrome.更多还原
