【摘要】 目的观察补肾健脾止血法对化疗后血小板减少的干预作用。方法将60例确诊为恶性肿瘤,化疗后血小板减少患者随机分成两组,对照组29例采用常规方法用药(予止血敏、输注单采血小板);治疗组31例在对照组基础上加服三子补血汤干预治疗,15d后评效。结果与对照组比较,治疗组患者的血小板恢复时间加快,血小板减少持续时间缩短,血小板输注频率和输注量明显减少,且不良反应轻微。结论补肾健脾止血法对化疗后血小板减少具有满意疗效,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical intervention of Bushenjianpi zhixue method to thrombocytopenia after chemotherapy.Methods:60 cases of malign ant thrombocytopenia after chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were used conventional methods(ethamsylate and platelet trans fusion).Based on the control group,treatment group used Sanzibuxue Decoction to intervent.Results:Compared with the control group,the recovery time of plate let of treatment group and the duration of thrombocytopenia were shorter.The fre quency of platelet transfusion and infusion was significantly reduced with fewer adverse reactions.Conclusion:Bushenjianpizhixue method has a satisfactory cura tive effect in treatment of thrombocytopenia after chemotherapy.更多还原
