【摘要】 目的观察中西医结合方案对慢性肺源性心脏病急性发作期的疗效及安全性。方法患者56例随机分为两组。对照组采用西医常规治疗,实验组在此基础上加用益气救肺汤加减,对两组患者的疗效及安全性进行比较分析。结果与对照组相比,实验组显效和总有效率更高,患者治疗后红细胞压积、血浆黏度和血小板黏附率均明显降低。结论中西医结合治疗方案是治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性发作期的有效方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of Chinese and Western medicine with programs on the chronic pulmonary heart disea se with acute exacerbation.Methods:Select September 2007 to December 2009 admi tted to our hospital with acute onset of chronic pulmonary heart disease patient s with 56 cases.Patients were randomly divided into experimental group and cont rol group each of 28 cases.The basis of the control group were treated with con ventional western medicine treatment,the experimental group on this basis,with the Yiqijiufei Decoction add or subtract treatment,to analyze the efficacy and safety of the 2 groups.Results:Compared with the control group,in the combin ation therapy group the total efficiency was markedly improved,while the void r atio decreased significantly after treatment the hematocrit,plasma viscosity platelet adhesion were significantly reduced.At the same time,review of patients after the treatment,routine urine,blood were normal.Experimental group had two cases of patients with chest burning sensation,trembllng limbs,and other adv erse reactions diappeared after drug with drawal.Conclusion:Combination of Chin ese and Western medicine treatment programs for treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease with acute exacerbation of the effective one of the methods should be widely promoted in clinical practice.更多还原
