【摘要】 目的观察欣舒颗粒治疗慢性心力衰竭合并抑郁症的临床疗效及对血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法选择40例心力衰竭合并抑郁症患者,随机分为研究组与对照组各20例,均予慢性心力衰竭常规治疗,研究组加用欣舒颗粒。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、汉密尔顿(HAMD)抑郁量表评分、血清hs-CRP改善情况。结果研究组中医证候积分、HAMD抑郁量表评分和血清hs-CRP水平的下降均明显优于对照组。结论欣舒颗粒治疗慢性心力衰竭合并抑郁症临床疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the Xinshu Granule in treating clinical symptoms and high sensitivity c-reactive protein in chronic heart failure with depression.Methods:40 cases of chronic heart failure with depression were divided randomly into the treating group and the control group.Routine treatment of chronic heart failure were used in two groups.Meanwhile,the Xinshu Granule were given in the treating group.Then,the TCM symptom integration,the HAMD scale score and the serum hs-CPR improvement were compared between two groups.Results:These indices of the treating group were prior to those of the control group.Conclusion:Xinshu Granule has satisfactory curative effect on chronic heart failure with depression.更多还原
