【摘要】 反思"十一五"期间中等职业学校教师培养培训政策,结合《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》和《中等职业教育改革创新行动计划(2010—2012年)》的任务要求,提出如下政策构想:充分认识到加强中等职业学校教师队伍建设的重要性,多渠道加大培养培训资金投入;确立终身培养培训理念,完善中职教师培养培训体系;引导、激励和督促企业深度参与中职教师培养培训;加强对西部、民族和农村地区中职教师的培养培训力度;推动中职教师队伍建设配套管理制度改革;加强效益评估和行政问责,建立和完善中职教师培养培训监督评估制度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Reflecting on the cultivation and training policies for secondary vocational school teachers,combining with the tasks and requirements of National Middle and Long-term Reform and Development Planning Outline(2010-2020) and Reform and Innovation Action Plan(2010-2012) for Secondary Vocational Education,the following policy framework was put forward:fully recognize the importance of strengthening the construction of teaching staff for secondary vocational schools and increase financial investment from various approaches;establish lifelong cultivation and training view and optimize cultivation and training system;guide,inspire and urgent enterprise to participate deeply in cultivation and training of secondary vocational school teachers;enlarge cultivation and training degree for western,national and rural secondary vocational school teachers;boost the reform of matching management reform for secondary vocational school teachers;strengthen effect evaluation and administrative responsibility asking and build and optimize monitoring and evaluation system for cultivation and training of secondary vocational school teachers.更多还原
