【摘要】 构建实践教学评估体系的目的是及时反馈信息,提高教学质量。天津职业大学在实践教学评估中,通过组建监控团队,构筑校企"实践共同体",将胜任力评价、有效性评价、教师绩效评价、教学量乘系数等定性指标与定量指标相结合,建立实践教学监控网络与质量预警机制,实施评价与校内津贴及各种奖励挂钩等措施,促进实践教学质量的提升。更多还原
