【Abstract】 Higher vocational schools should set up specialties according to professional posts and post group.Specialty construction is core work for the development of higher vocational education,assurance of implementing employment orientation and key for enhancing core competitiveness,which relate closely to talent cultivation objective,standard and quality.In order to assure the enhancement of higher vocational education quality and achieve sustainable development for cultivating high-skilled talents,higher vocational schools should establish talent cultivation objectives and plans,integrate subjects and social resources,deepen curriculum and cultivation model reform,optimize specialty structure,strengthen cooperation of school and enterprise,deploy teaching,learning,research and training activities for special knowledge,skills and industrial morality regulation according to social and economic development demand.更多还原
