【摘要】 日、韩是亚洲开展专业硕士教育较早的国家和较先进的国家。我国专业硕士教育近几年发展迅速,但在教育管理和培养模式上仍然存在一些问题。借鉴日、韩专业硕士教育成功做法,我国在专业硕士教育发展中应加强相关立法,规范办学行为;实行学术硕士与专业硕士分流,统筹教育资源;积极推进产学研合作、优化师资结构,增强特色;促进学位与职业融合,实现专业硕士教育可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Japan and South Korean are the countries that deploy professional master education early and advancedly.The professional master education in China is developing quickly in recent years,but there exist some problems in its educational management and cultivation model.Referring successful experiences of professional master education in Japan and Korean,in the development of professional master education,China should strengthen legislation and regulate school-running behavior;implement diffluence of academic master and professional master and plan educational resources in a whole;actively boost cooperation of production,learning and research and optimize the structure of teaching staff;enhance the integration of degree and occupation and achieve sustainable development of professional master education.更多还原
