CARE Dose 4D技术在青少年脊柱侧弯病变中的应用和防护价值

【摘要】 目的:评价螺旋CT CARE Dose 4D技术在青少年脊柱侧弯病变中的应用和防护价值。方法:对23例青少年脊柱侧弯病变矫形患者分别在术前用传统扫描模式、术后用CARE Dose 4D模式行全脊柱扫描,对两组重建图像的影像质量进行比较,同时对两组不同扫描方法的检查辐射剂量进行对照研究。结果:CARE Dose 4D扫描与传统扫描相比,辐射剂量大大降低(P<0.001);两组扫描方法对青少年脊柱侧弯患者图像质量的显示差异无统计学意义。结论:螺旋CT CARE Dose 4D技术在青少年脊柱侧弯病变中的应用是完全可行的,既可保证病变的影像质量,又降低了青少年受检者的辐射剂量,符合医用辐射防护最优化原则。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To evaluate the clinical application and shielding value of CARE Dose 4D in spiral CT in adolescent scoliosis. [Method]23 cases of scoliosis were scanned by conventional spiral CT examination before their treatment and scanned by spiral CT examination(CARE Dose 4D) after their treatment.The quality of images and radiation dose was compared between spiral CT examination(CARE Dose 4D) and conventional spiral CT examination.[Result]The radiation dose was reduced more by the CARE Dose 4D scan mode compared with conventional scan mode(p < 0.001),The quality of scoliosis images between these two scan modes has no difference.[Conclusion]The Care Dose 4D in spiral CT scanning is valuable in scoliosis, it can not only assure the image quality but also decrease the radiation dose which corresponds to the optimizing principle of ICRP in medical radiation protection.
