【摘要】 目的了解某大学女新生生殖生理与性病知识健康教育干预效果,为高校健康促进工作提供依据。方法通过讲座、播放DVD、发放宣传资料,对玉林师范学校586名大学女新生生殖生理与性病知识进行健康教育干预,采用同一调查问卷,在干预前后分别调查大学女新生对生殖生理及性病知识的掌握情况。结果健康教育除对人工流产安全时间选项没有显著影响外,而对其他生殖健康知识回答正确率显著提高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。尤其是对女性生殖结构及功能回答正确率由18.26%提高到88.43%;性病的危害回答正确率由27.4%提高到82.04%。结论健康教育干预对提高大学女新生生殖生理与性病知识的认知有积极的效果,应将生殖健康知识教育作为学生必修课。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the intervention effect of health education about reproduction,physiology and venereal disease among the female freshmen,and provide evidence for university health promotion.[Methods]A total of 586 female freshmen recruited from Yulin Teachers College were educated with the knowledge about reproduction,physiology and venereal disease by lectures,DVD video and propaganda materials.The knowledge levels of female freshmen were investigated by unified questionnaire before and after intervention.[Results]Except for safe time of induced abortion,health education had obvious effect on improving the knowledge level of other reproductive health,the difference was significant(all P<0.01).The correct cognitive rate about female reproductive structure and its functions increased from 18.26% to 88.43%;that about venereal disease increased from 27.47% to 82.04%.[Conclusion]Health education plays an important role in improve the awareness of reproduction,physiology and venereal disease among female freshmen.Therefore,it is necessary to make the education of reproductive health as a required course for students.更多还原
