【摘要】 目的分析引起某高校学生军训基地甲型H1N1流感暴发的因素及其所采取的应对措施,达到控制甲型H1N1流感暴发流行的目的。方法对现场调查资料、疫情处理结果进行流行病学分析。结果2009年9月5—18日该高校学生军训基地共报告43例甲型H1N1流感病例,罹患率为1.30%,定性为甲型H1N1流感暴发疫情。结论及时隔离传染源、严格管理密切接触者、准确提供疫情信息是迅速控制甲型H1N1流感疫情的关键措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To analyze the outbreak factors of Influenza A/H1N1in military training base for college students and the countermeasures,to achieve the purpose of control outbreak of influenza A/H1N1.[Methods]On-site survey data and epidemic control results were analyzed epidemiologically.[Results]During September 5th～18th,2009,totally 43 cases of Influenza A/H1N1 were reported in this military training base,the attack rate was 1.30%,the incident was defined as outbreak of Influenza A/H1N1.[Conclusion]Prompt isolation of infection source,strict management of close contacts and accurate epidemic information are key measures for rapid control of outbreak of influenza A/H1N1.更多还原
