【摘要】 目的了解中山市中秋月饼卫生质量,为监管部门提供科学的理论数据。方法对中山市2005—2009年的中秋月饼检测报告进行评价、统计分析。结果2005—2009年共检测月饼676份,合格655份,合格率为98.7%。检测的类别有莲蓉、伍仁、豆沙及其他,其中莲蓉月饼合格率为98.3%,伍仁月饼合格率为95.8%,豆沙月饼合格率为88.2%,其他类别月饼合格率为97.1%。不合格项目有苯甲酸、山梨酸、铅及菌落总数。其中,检出含有苯甲酸的14份,占不合格总数的66.7%;山梨酸检测超标2份,占不合格总数的9.5%;金属铅检测超标3份,占不合格总数的14.3%;菌落总数超标的2份,占不合格总数的9.5%。结论中山市近年中秋月饼卫生质量总体水平较好。但也存在一些问题,食品生产商过量使用防腐剂,应引起监管部门的高度重视。各有关职能部门齐抓共管,加强监督和定期抽检,确切把好质量关,保障消费者的身体健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the hygienic quality of moon cake in mid-autumn festival in Zhongshan city,provide scientific data for supervision department.[Methods]The detection reports of moon cake in mid-autumn festival in Zhongshan city during 2005—2009 were evaluated and analyzed statistically.[Results]During 2005—2009,676 moon cake samples were detected,and 655 were qualified(98.7%).The types of moon cake included lotus nut paste,wuren,bean paste and others,and the qualified rate of them was 98.3%,95.8%,88.2% and 97.1%,respectively.The unqualified items were benzoic acid,sorbic acid,lead and total bacteria number.Benzoic acid was detected in 14 samples,account for 66.7% of total unqualified samples,sorbic acid,lead and total bacteria numbe was over standard in 2 samples,3 samples and 2 samples,account for 9.5%,14.3% and 9.5%,respectively.[Conclusion]The hygienic quality of moon cake in mid-autumn festival in Zhongshan city is good in recent years.However,there are some problems,such as excessive use of preservatives,which supervision department should pay attention to.It is suggested that relevant departments should strengthen the monitoring and regular sampling inspection,improve quality control and guarantee health of consumer.更多还原
