【摘要】 目的介绍豚鼠致敏试验的随机分组方法。方法将豚鼠称重,依次编号,以体重升序排序,依体重顺序将豚鼠分成若干个区组。用Excel软件对每个区组豚鼠的体重产生1个随机数,各个区组以随机数升序排序,以随机数的顺序将每只豚鼠分入随机组中,并对体重均值作F检验。结果用Excel软件工具菜单中"录制宏"的功能,建立豚鼠致敏试验随机分组模板文件。应用快捷键,快速完成随机分组及F检验。结论用Excel中"录制宏"建立模板文件方法,可快捷地将实验动物随机分组。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To introduce a randomized grouping method for skin sensitization test on guinea pigs.[Methods] Each guinea pigs after weighting were numbered,then reordered from minimum to maximum according to the their weight.Guinea pigs were divided into several blocks.The each block guinea pig was allocated on random number with Excel software,then recorded from minimum to maximum according to the random number for each block guinea pig.The guinea pigs were divided into randomized groups by the random number order and the F-test was carried out for the mean of body weight.[Results]The template document of the randomized grouping for skin sensitization test of guinea pigs was established by the recording macro function in the tool menu of Excel software.The randomized grouping and the F-test could be finished instantly by pressing the function keys.[Conclusion]The template document established by the recording macro function in the tool menu of Excel software can implement randomized grouping of test animal quickly.更多还原
