【摘要】 目的为探讨肿瘤健康教育的有效对象和载体。方法抽取海安县621名中小学生及其家长为调查对象,对600多名中小学生及家长进行问卷调查并进行健康教育干预。结果干预前后有显著性差异,肿瘤相关知识知晓率得到显著提高,相关态度得到改变,一些不良行为得到改进。结论在社会经济发展较为迅速、人群居住较为分散且难以集中、农民文化水平较低的情况下,通过对学校学生进行肿瘤相关知识的宣传教育,再通过他们把所学到的知识传授给家长,是农村社区肿瘤健康教育的一种行之有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore the tumor health education’s effective carriers and objects.[Methods]Totally 621 primary and secondary students and their parents were selected as survey objects for questionnaire survey and health education.[Results]After the intervention, tumor-related knowledge level was significantly improved, relevant attitude was changed, some bad behaviors were corrected, all the difference were significant.[Conclusion]Under the conditions of rapid socioeconomic development, the dispersed living of people with difficulty in concentration, lower educational levels of peasants, the adoption of tumor health education on school students and then passing to their parents, is an effective method for rural community health education about tumor.更多还原
