佳木斯地区2009年1—8月手足口病病原体检测分析

【摘要】 目的对2009年1—8月佳木斯地区手足口病病例进行病原体检测。方法临床诊断为手足口病病例的咽拭子标本357份,分别使用PE通用、CA16和EV71型的特异引物进行RT-PCR检测。结果总肠道病毒阳性率为18.50%,CA16阳性率为4.80%,EV71阳性率为5.30%。阳性率较高的年龄为2~5岁,男性略多于女性。结论分子生物学方法可用于手足口病的病原体检测、EV71和CAl6分型,对手足口病的监测及防控具有重要作用。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To conduct pathogen detection of hand,foot and mouth disease in Jiamusi Area from January to August of 2008.[Methods]Totally 357 specimens of pharynx swAbs of clinically diagnosed hand,food and mouth diseases patients were collected. General PE,CA16 and EV71 were used for RT-PCR detection. [Results]The total positive rate of intestinal virus was 18.50%,that for CA16 and EV71 was 4.80% and 5.30%,respectively. High positive rate was found in 2~5 year old children and male patients.[Conclusion]Molecular biological method can be used for pathogen detection of the hand,foot and mouth diseases,subtyping of EV71 and CAl6,which plays an important role in the surveillance and control of the hand,foot and mouth diseases.
