【摘要】 目的了解南通船舶修造业职业病危害情况,提出船舶修造业职业病防治对策。方法选取辖区范围内20家较大规模船舶修造企业进行职业卫生调查。结果船舶修造企业中存在的职业病危害因素繁多,接触职业病危害人数众多,应为职业病危害严重的企业。国有企业、外资企业的职业健康监护情况明显好于股份制企业、私营企业;离岗体检普遍未得到重视,离岗时平均体检率仅为20.9%,建设项目"三同时"情况、外包工的健康监护情况均存在较大问题。结论该市船舶修造业职业卫生状况不容乐观,加强该行业的职业卫生研究和管理迫在眉睫。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the occupational hazards in the shipbuilding industry of Nantong City,and put forward countermeasures for prevention of the occupational diseases.[Methods]Totally 20 large-scale shipbuilding enterprises in local area were selected to perform occupational health survey.[Results]Many occupational hazards existed in shipbuilding enterprises,leading to a large number of people with occupational hazards exposure,so that the shipbuilding industry should be considered as the industry with serious occupational hazards.The situation of the state-owned enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises were much better than joint-stock enterprises and private enterprises in occupational health surveillance.Lay-off medical examination rate was only 20.9%.There were big problems in the "developing the 3 items simultaneously " of construction project and the health care surveillance on the outworking.[Conclusion]The occupational health status is not optimistic in shipbuilding industry of Nantong City.Strengthening the research and management of this industry’s occupational health should be implemented urgently.更多还原
