【摘要】 目的了解乡镇涂料厂在生产过程中苯、甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮、汽油浓度及其危害情况。方法按照国家有关标准的要求,对5家乡镇涂料厂工作场所空气中5种有机溶剂的浓度进行检测,并对其危害现状进行分析。结果共检测12个点,48个样品,汽油、丙酮均低于国家标准限值,有3家苯系物浓度低于国家卫生标准限值,有1家(D厂)苯的短时间接触浓度(10.6mg/m3)超过卫生标准限值(10mg/m3),有1家(B厂)苯系物浓度联合作用评价值=1.375>1,超过国家标准要求的接触限值。结论在乡镇涂料厂生产过程中的职业病危害因素中,以有机溶剂为重点,其中苯系物为严重的职业病危害因素,特别是对超标的厂家应予重点关注,并提出防治措施的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the concentration and hazards of benzene,toluene,xylene,acetone and gasoline during production in township paint factories.[Methods]According to national standards the concentration of 5 organic solvents in the workplace air of 5 township paint factories were tested and analyzed for the hazards.[Results]Totally 48 samples at 12 points were tested,the concentrations of gasoline and acetone were all lower than national standard limits.The concentrations of benzene series were lower than national standard limits in 3 factories.The concentration of benzene(10.6 mg/m3)in 1 factory(D factory)was higher than national standard limit(10 mg/m3).The combination toxicity of benzene series assessment value was 1.375 and higher than national standard limit(1)in 1 factory(B factory).[Conclusion]The major occupational hazards in township paint factories are the organic solvents,especially for benzene series.Therefore,more attention should be given to those factories whose hazards concentrations were higher than the national standard limits and the preventive and control measures should be provided.更多还原
