韶关市江河突发化学品水污染危害评估系统应用与医疗应急对策
Application of System of Hazard Assessment for Chemicals Water Pollution Accidents and Its Medical Emergency Response in Shaoguan Rivers
【摘要】 目的研究韶关市北江、浈江、武江突发化学品水污染危害评估的方法以及事故中医疗应急处置的对策。方法建立危害评估的计算机系统,应用该系统对韶关市江河发生的化学品水污染事故的危害进行评估,并根据事故评估结果提出相应的医疗应急对策。结果韶关市江河发生突发化学品水污染事故时,通过应用《韶关市突发江河化学污染中毒事故危害评估与医学应急救援资源系统》进行危害性评估,能比较全面地评估整个事故的危害,并能提出相应的医疗应急对策。结论《韶关市突发江河化学污染中毒事故危害评估与医学应急救援资源系统》可应用于韶关市江河突发化学品水污染事故危害的评估,并能对事故现场提出完善的医疗应急对策。
【Abstract】 [Objective]To study the hazard assessment method and the medical emergency countermeasure for the unexpected chemical contamination in North River ,Zhen River and Wu River in Shaoguan City.[Methods] A hazard assessment computer system was established. The system was used to assess the hazards of chemicals water pollution accidents in Shaoguan City;and the corresponding medical emergency countermeasure was put forward according to the assessment.[Results]When unexpected chemical contamination occurred in rivers of Shaoguan City ,The system could make a more comprehensive assessment about the overall hazards and put forward the corresponding medical emergency countermeasure by the use of "Shaoguan Rivers Chemical Contamination Accidents Hazard Assessment and Medical Emergency Rescue Resources System".[Conclusion]"Shaoguan Rivers Chemical Contamination Accidents Hazard Assessment and Medical Emergency Rescue Resources System" can assess the hazards of chemicals water pollution accidents in Shaoguan City and put forward a perfect medical emergency countermeasure to the accident scene.
