阿维菌素原药急性中毒对大鼠血清生化指标的影响

【摘要】 目的了解阿维菌素急性经口LD50和中毒症状及急性中毒后对某些血清生化指标的影响。方法根据《农药登记毒理学试验方法》采用霍恩氏法对大鼠进行急性经口毒性试验和毒性评价;对各组大鼠进行血清中TP、ALB、AST;ALT、BUN、Crea水平的测定,并进行统计分析。结果阿维菌素原药急性经口LD50为43.0mg/kg,为高毒。AST、ALT、BUN水平对照组和阿维菌素各组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。TP、ALB、Crea水平对照组与实验组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿维菌素急性经口为高毒,急性中毒后血清中的TP、ALB、Crea水平有显著增高。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the acute oral toxicity of avermectin with LD50 and poisoning symptom,and observe the serum biochemical index change after acute avermectin poisoning.[Methods]According to "Pesticide Registration Toxicological Test Methods",Horn’s method was adopted to conduct acute oral toxicity testing and evaluation;the serum levels of TP,ALB,AST,ALT,BUN,CREA were determined in different rat groups;the results were analyzed statistically.[Results]Avermectin acute oral LD50 was 43.0 mg/kg,which defined as hypertoxic. The differences of AST,ALT,BUN levels between control group and avermectin group were not significant(P>0.05);while that of TP,ALB,CREA levels were significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Avermectin acute oral toxicity is hypertoxic;serum TP,ALB and CREA levels significantly increase after being acute poisoned.
