【摘要】 目的:分析益气方对环磷酰胺(CY)化疗所致小鼠白细胞水平、T淋巴细胞体外增殖和粒细胞集落刺激因子活性的影响,探讨其干预化疗所致免疫功能低下作用的机理。方法:小鼠给予CY致免疫功能低下,采用自动血液分析仪检测化疗小鼠白细胞水平;采用淋巴细胞转化实验(MTT法)检测小鼠T淋巴细胞的增殖程度;采用ELISA试剂盒测定粒细胞集落刺激因子活性,观察益气方对化疗小鼠免疫功能低下的治疗作用。结果:给予CY后,模型组各项指标均低于空白对照组,证明造模成功。益气方高、中、低剂量组与模型组比较各指标均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中中剂量组疗效最好。结论:益气方对化疗所致免疫功能低下有上调作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the role of Yi-Qi Formula on white blood cells,T lymphocyte proliferation and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor activity of cyclophosphamide(CY) chemotherapy in mice,and to explore the mechanism of intervention effect of chemotherapy-induced immune function.Methods: Mice were given CY induced immunosuppression,white blood cells in mice were analyzed by using automated hematology analyzer;using lymphocyte transformation test(MTT) assay to analyze T lymphocytes proliferation in mice;measured granulocyte colony stimulating factor activity by ELISA kit,to observe Yi-Qi Formula n treatment on immune function of chemotherapy in mice.Results: After giving CY,model group were lower than the control group,proved successful model.Yi-Qi Formula of high,medium and low dose group compared with the model group were significantly different(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01),which is best effect in the dose group.Conclusion: The results suggest that Yi-Qi Formula has increased effect on immunosuppression induced by chemotherapy.更多还原
