【摘要】 目的:探讨艾滋病的证候分型及证候量化诊断,为临床辨证和制定证候量表提供参考。方法:以1303例艾滋病患者临床四诊资料为基础,采用结构方程模型(SEM)对艾滋病证候进行量化分析。结果:艾滋病证候结构方程模型中,六因子分别代表肺脾气虚、气阴两虚、湿热内蕴、湿热蕴毒、痰热蕴肺和邪结皮肤6种证型。载荷系数显示了各个证候的确切量化诊断。结论:艾滋病的临床常见证型为肺脾气虚、气阴两虚、湿热内蕴、湿热蕴毒、痰热蕴肺和邪结皮肤6种证型,各个证候有其各自的证候特征和诊断要点。结构方程模型分析为艾滋病临床辨证和制定证候量表提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the typus and quantitive diagnosis of syndromes of HIV/AIDS and provid reference for differentiation of syndromes and making measuring scale.Methods:Structural Eqution Model was used to make quantitive analysis on the syndromes of HIV/AIDS on the base of the data of 1303 patients.Results:6 factors denote asthenia of pulmonosplenic Qi,deficiency of both Qi energy and Yin,endoretention of damp heat,endoretention of damp toxin,sputum heat of pulmo and exogenous pathogen of cutis.The syndromes were quantized by load coefficients.Path coefficients denote the relationship between the syndromes.Conclusion:The basic typus of syndromes of HIV/AIDS are asthenia of pulmonosplenic Qi,deficiency of both Qi energy and Yin,endoretention of damp heat,endoretention of damp toxin,sputum heat of pulmo and exogenous pathogen of cutis.Each syndrom have characters and diagnostic highlights.Structural Eqution Model can provid evidence for differentiation of syndromes and making measuring scale for HIV/AIDS.更多还原
