【摘要】 目的:观察中药西药分别治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果,寻求最佳治疗方法。方法:54例治疗组运用自拟调补天癸止血汤和调补天癸调经汤治疗;52例对照组运用雌孕激素序贯疗法治疗。结果:治疗组有效率90.1%,对照组有效率67.3%,2组比较有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:调经天癸止血汤和调经天癸调经汤治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血疗效好,副作用小,不易复发,值得临床首选和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding of clinical results,to search for the best treatment.Methods:54 cases of the application of the treatment group treat to be the use of self-made Tiaojing Tiangui transferred from bleeding soup and Tiaojing Tiangui transfer soup;52 cases of control group,the application of sequential estrogen and progesterone treatment.Results:The treatment group was 90.1%,control group 67.3% efficient,the two groups were significantly different,(P<0.05),the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:The Tiaojing Tiangui transferred from bleeding soup and Tiaojing Tiangui transfer soup treat effect of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding,and fewer side effects,relapse is not easy,it is the preferred clinical promote.更多还原
