灵芝三萜类化合物对果蝇寿命影响的实验研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨灵芝三萜类化合物(Ganoderma Lucidum Triterpenoids,GLT)的延缓衰老作用,为临床新药的开发和应用提供理论依据。方法:1400只果蝇随机分为7组(n=200),对照组(普通培养基)、GLT各剂量组(含0.0625%、0.125%,0.25%,0.5%GLT培养基),维生素E对照组(含0.4%VE培养基)及溶剂对照组(含羧甲基纤维素培养基),每3天更换1次培养基,逐天统计果蝇的死亡数,直至全部死亡为止。计算各组果蝇半数死亡时间、平均寿命、最高寿命及绘制生存曲线。结果:给药组果蝇和对照组相比,半数死亡时间后延,平均寿命及最高寿命均延长,生存曲线右移。结论:GLT具有延缓果蝇衰老的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study effects of Ganoderma lucidum triterpenoids(GLT) on the anti-aging in drosophila.Methods:One thousand and four hundreds drosophila melanogasters were divided into seven groups according to different ingredient in the nutrient medium: model group(the common nutrient medium),treatment groups(the nutrient medium with 0.0625%、0.125%、0.25% or 0.5%GLT),Vitamin E group(the nutrient medium with 0.4 VE),solvent group(the nutrient medium with carboxymethyl cellulose).The nutrient mediums were replaced every three days and the numbers of death drosophila melanogasters were counted every day until all the drosophila melanogasters died.The median death time,the average life span and the maximum life span were counted and the survival curves were drawn.Results:Compared with model group,the median death time,the average life span and the maximum life span of treatment groups were extended for varying degrees and the survival curves of treatment groups right moved.Conclusion:GLT had anti-aging effects on drosophila melanogasters.
