【摘要】 目的:优选草乌总生物碱的提取方法与工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交设计并结合单因素轮换法,滴定法测定草乌总生物碱量,以总生物碱得率为指标,选定草乌总生物碱的提取方法,并优化提取工艺条件。结果:采用超声法提取,加8倍量水提取2次,每次3h。以此条件提取草乌总生物碱得率为2.43mg/g。结论:本试验所确定的提取条件科学合理、稳定可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To optimize the conditions for extractions of total alkaloids from Radix aconiti kusnezoffii.Methods:Using L9(34) orthogonal test and univariant methods,the extraction conditions of total alkaloids aconitine in Radix aconiti kusnezoffii.were optimized under the guidance og the content determination of total alkaloids with titration method.Results:Extraction using ultrasonic methods,the suitable extractant was water,10 times of the volume of the solvent was used in extraction for twice 3 h each time. The total alkaloid content was 2.43 mg/g in this condition for extraction.Conclusion:Through the test and verify ,the optimum extraction methods of total alkaloids was rational、consistent and feasible.更多还原
