【摘要】 目的:观察蛇鳞草对小鼠的镇咳祛痰作用。方法:采用二氧化硫(SO2)引咳法及酚红排泌法,观察蛇鳞草对小鼠咳嗽潜伏期2min内咳嗽次数及小鼠气管酚红分泌量的影响。结果:蛇鳞草能延迟SO2所致豚鼠的咳嗽潜伏期,减少咳嗽次数并能促进小鼠气管酚红分泌。结论:蛇鳞草具有明显的镇咳祛痰作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the antitussive and expectorant effects of Shelincao.Methods:Cough models were conducted by SO2and tracheal phenol red test in mouse.Results:Shelincao could delay the cough eclipse period caused by SO2,reduce cough frequency in two minutes and increase the tracheal excretion of phenol red.Conclusion:Shelincao has antitussive and expectorant effects.更多还原
