【摘要】 目的:观察蛇黄肝炎合剂在乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)基因转染的人肝癌细胞系2215细胞培养中,对细胞分泌的表面抗原(HBsAg)及e抗原(HBeAg)的抑制作用。方法:接种2215细胞24h后,加入不同浓度的药物培养5天,观察药物对细胞的毒性。在无毒质量浓度下,将药物加入2215细胞培养5天,测定培养液中HBsAg和HBeAg水平。结果:蛇黄肝炎合剂在1∶16倍稀释时对细胞的破坏率为63.49%,1∶32倍稀释浓度时对细胞破坏率<50%,在无毒浓度1∶32倍稀释下能抑制细胞分泌HBsAg达64.83%,抑制细胞分泌HBeAg达86.1%。结论:蛇黄肝炎合剂对2215细胞分泌HBsAg和HBeAg具有明显的抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the inhibited effect of Shehuang Ganyan Composition on HBsAg and HBeAg in the cultured hepatocarcinoma cell line 2215(HepG2)which was genetransfered with hepatitis B virus(HBV)and its toxicity.Methods:24h after 2215 cells vaccinated,the varied concentrations of Shehuang Ganyan Composition added to cultured fluid and cultured 5d. Then to evaluate the toxicity of Shehuang Ganyan Composition. The asepsis mass concentration of Shehuang Ganyan Composition were added to cultured cell line 2215 for 5d. The cμlture fluids were collected and the content of HBsAg and HBeAg were determined.Results:The rate of cytoclasis was 63.49% when the dilute concentration was 1:16 and the rate less than 50% when the concentration was 1:32. In nontoxic concentration(1:32),the inhibitions of Shehuang Ganyan Composition on HBsAg and HBeAg were 64.83% and 86.1%.Conclusion:The results show that Shehuang Ganyan Composition can inhibite the secretion of HBsAg and HBeAg in cell line 2215.更多还原
