【摘要】 采用文献考证和实物测量的方法对仲景方中枳实进行了系统研究。从诸多本草文献的记载和相关附图的研究发现,仲景方所用枳实并非今之所用枳实,而是种属为芸香科植物枸橘的枳壳。随后对选用产自河南驻马店的枸橘枳壳作为仲景方枳实的实测药材进行了实物测量,得出枸橘枳壳一枚为12g。结合现代道地枳实、枳壳实测结果的对比,并运用所得实测结果对小承气汤全方剂量配伍比例的分析,认为仲景方中枳实为枸橘枳壳,其一枚的剂量为12g是合理的。该研究为今后建立仲景方的药物剂量和配伍比例标准提供研究基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on literature review and actual measurement,this article focus on discussing the converted weight of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus in Sage Zhang Zhongjiang’s Herbal Formulae. Through records of many herbal literature and related drawings,it is found what used in Zhang Zhongjing’s Formulae is not Fructus Aurantii Immaturus used today,but Fructus Aurantii from Poncirus trifoliata (L.) Raf. of Rutaceae. Subsequently,Fructus Aurantii from Poncirus trifoliata (L.) Raf. produced in Zhumadian used as actual medicine of Zhongjing was measured,physical measurements obtained a Fructus Aurantii is 12 g. Combined with modern authentic comparison of measurement results of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus and Fructus Aurantii,and analysis of dose ratio of Xiao Chengqi Decoction,it is considered what used in Zhongjing’s Formulae is Fructus Aurantii from Poncirus trifoliata (L.) Raf.,12 g of one dose is reasonable. The study provides a reference for the establishment of standard of doses and ratio of drugs in Zhang Zhongjiang’s Herbal Formulae.更多还原
