【摘要】 目的:比较常规自体外周血单个核细胞移植与穴位注射自体外周血单个核细胞移植治疗下肢缺血性疾病的优劣。方法:将患者随机分为两组,动员并采集外周血单个核细胞后,一组进行常规移植,即于肌肉丰厚处多位点等间距注射,一组循经选取相关穴位进行细胞注射,分别于术后第6、12、18周进行各项临床指标的监测及比较。结果:穴位注射组患者的冷感、静息痛和间歇性跛行在第6周和第12周的疗效显著优于常规移植组,第6周较第12周改善更为明显,具有显著差异,第18周的疗效两组间无统计学差异。结论:两组间比较远期疗效无显著差异,但穴位注射组较常规移植组具有近期镇痛、改善冷感及延长无痛行走距离的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To comparatively study the two therapies of treating the ischemic disease of lower extremity,namely conventional transplanting the Atologous Peripheral Mononuclear Cells and transplanting the cells onto the selective meridian acupoints. Methods:Divided all patients into two groups randomly,mobilized and collected the Peripheral Mononuclear Cells from all patients. Apply for conventional transplantation to one group,that is,injecting the cells onto multiple points at muscle-rich body positions at equal intervals; Apply for acupoints transplantation by injecting the cells on the selective meridian acupoints to another group. Followed by monitoring and comparison of various clinical reactions at 6、12 and 18 weeks respectively after the transplantation. Results:As to the reactions of cold sensation,rest pain and intermittent claudication at 6 weeks and 12 weeks after the transplantation,the selective meridian acupoints therapy reflected remarkably better than the conventional therapy; The reactions at 6 weeks after the transplantation manifested more significantly than those at 12 weeks and there was remarkable disparity. However,there was no statistical difference of the clinical reactions at 18 weeks after the transplantation between the two groups. Conclusion:There was no statistically significant difference in long term clinical reactions between the two groups,however the selective meridian acupoints therapy manifested the advantages with respect to short term analgesia,cold sensation improvement and prolongation of painless walking distance.更多还原
