【摘要】 目的:对比单纯弹性枢轴秴垫、弹性枢轴秴垫加电针配合中医心理治疗颞下颌关节不可复性盘前移位的临床效果。方法:根据随机等量的原则将96例受试患者分为单纯弹性枢轴秴垫组(对照组)和弹性枢轴秴垫加电针配合中医心理治疗组(中西医结合组),对两组的疗效进行评定。结果:中西医结合组总有效率为91.67%;对照组总有效率为75.0%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),结论:弹性枢轴秴垫加电针配合中医心理治疗是治疗颞下颌关节不可复性盘前移位的一种疗效显著的中西医结合疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of elastic pivot stable biteplate,elastic pivot stable biteplate with Electro-acupuncture combined with psychotherapy on treating irredueible temporal bone displacement of tempromandilbular disorders. Methods:96 patients with tempromandilbular disorders were selected and divided into treatment group of elastic pivot stable biteplate,treatment group of elastic pivot stable biteplate with electro-acupuncture combined with psychotherapy,48 cases in each group.The clinical effect were observed after treatment respectively. Results:The total effective rate of the multipal group group reached 91.67%,For the control group the figures was 75%.Two groups have significant difference(P<0.05). Conciusion:It suggested that elastic pivot stable biteplate with Electro-acupuncture combined with psychotherapy is one of the better way to treat irredueible temporal bone displacement of tempromandilbular disorders.更多还原
