【摘要】 目的观察桑杏苏芩汤治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。方法 38例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿均给予桑杏苏芩汤加减治疗,14剂后观察疗效。结果临床控制13例,显效17例,有效5例,无效3例,总有效率92.1%。结论桑杏苏芩汤治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘有很好的疗效,且具有服用方便、不良反应小、节约药源等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Sangxingsuqin Decoction treating children cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods 38 cases of children CVA were treated with Sangxingsuqin Decoction,observed the effects after 14 doses.Results 13 cases were clinic controlled,17 cases with obvious efficacy,3 cases with general efficiency,3 cases with no effect,the total effective rates was 92.1%.Conclusion Sangxingsuqin Decoction has better therapeutic effects in treating children CVA,and is advantages for taking conveniently,few adverse reaction,saving drugs resources.更多还原
