【摘要】 目的探讨无痛结肠镜单人操作方法。方法采用芬太尼、丙泊酚注射液静脉复合麻醉,行无痛结肠镜单人操作技术进行治疗。结果 100例肠镜检查中,有97例插至回盲部,32例进入末段回肠,所有病例均无穿孔、出血等并发症发生,插至回盲部成功率97%。结论在麻醉睡眠情况下进行结肠镜单人操作,受检患者易于接受,安全高效,值得临床进一步推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the one - person operation of non - pain enteric microscope.Methods Take fentanly injection and propofol injection forvein anesthesia,then make one - person operation of non - pain enteric microscope. Results Of 100 cases,97 were inserted to cecum,32 the end of ileum,all cases had no complication of perforation and bleeding. The successful rate of being inserted to cecum was 97%.Conclusion Making one - person enteric microscope operation under anesthesia and sleeping,khich is easily to accept for the tested patient s always in relax,can save time and labor,worth further promotion.更多还原
