【摘要】 目的探讨囊肿前壁部分软骨切除加凡士林纱条填压贯穿缝合固定术治疗耳廓假性囊肿的疗效。方法收集笔者所在科室2006年1月～2010年6月耳廓假性囊肿完整病例资料35例,进行回顾性分析。结果随访1～48个月,按照疗效评判标准,33例患者显效,2例有效。结论囊肿前壁部分软骨切除加凡士林纱条填压贯穿缝合固定术治疗耳廓假性囊肿手术简单、疗效确切、患者痛苦少,是治疗耳廓假性囊肿的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect of the surgical treatment of 35 cases with auricle pseudocyst with removing part anterior wall of the pseudocyst and bolstering vaseline gauze and transfixing suture both aspects of the cyst. Methods Reviewing and analysis the 35 cases in our department from 2006 to 2010.Results According to the criterion,33 cases were excellent,2 cases were effective.Conclution The surgery with removing part anterior wall of the pseudocyst is an effective modus to treat auricular pseudocysts with simple and without pains.更多还原
