【摘要】 目的探讨间变性凸面脑膜瘤的临床诊断及治疗特点。方法回顾性分析20例经病理学证实的间变性凸面脑膜瘤患者的临床及随访资料。结果按照Simpson切除标准,Ⅰ级切除14例,Ⅱ～Ⅲ级切除6例。术后予普通放疗10例。随访6个月～5年(平均3.4年),死亡4例,其中单纯手术组3例,术后放疗组1例;复发6例,其中单纯手术组4例,术后放疗组2例。结论间变性凸面脑膜瘤具有良性脑膜瘤的临床表现,其影像学有其自身特点,病理学是确诊的依据,单纯手术治疗仅能减少肿瘤细胞数量,术后放疗可延缓肿瘤复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe clinical diagnosis and treatment of anaplastic meningioma of brain convexity.Methods To review and analyze the clinical and follow - up data of 20 cases of clinical data confirmed by pathology of anaplastic meningioma of brain convexity.Results According to Simpson resection standards,14 cases of I grade.6 cases ofⅡ-Ⅲ grade.10 cases of average postoperative radiotherapy.Follow - up of 6 months to 5 years(average 3.4 years) died in 4 cases, in which simple surgery group 3 patients,postoperative radiotherapy group 1 cases;recurrence in 6 cases,in which simple surgery group,4 cases,postoperative radiotherapy group 2 cases.Conclusion Anaplastic meningioma of brain convexity with clinical manifestations of benign meningioma,iconography has its own characteristics,definite diagnosis according to its pathology.A simple surgical treatment can only reduce the number of tumor cells,postoperative radiation therapy can delay tumor recurrence.更多还原
