益生菌早期干预降低选择性剖宫产儿过敏症发生率的研究
Early probiotics intervention in elective caesarean section infants in preventing allergic diseases
【摘要】 目的探讨益生菌早期干预对选择性剖宫产儿过敏症发生率的影响。方法选择2006年6月~2009年6个月,在笔者所在医院产科的选择性剖宫产出生儿60例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组30例。选择同期30例经阴分娩正常出生儿作为正常对照组。干预组于生后第2天给予益生菌口服,至6个月龄,对照组未添加益生菌,均随访至6个月龄,记录过敏发生情况。对90例新生儿称取新鲜大便1.0 g,分别于生后当天和第7天,进行需氧和厌氧培养,分离肠道中两种需氧菌(肠杆菌,肠球菌),和两种厌氧菌(双歧杆菌,乳杆菌),记录菌落数量。比较干预组与对照组6个月内过敏症发生率。结果生后第1天(未开始干预前)干预组新生儿肠道有益菌较正常对照组减少,较对照组无显著性差异;添加益生菌后7 d,干预组肠道有益菌较对照组增多,条件致病菌减少,P<0.05。干预组婴儿发生过敏率为20%,对照组发生率为40%,明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论选择性剖宫产儿早期即开始益生菌干预可以有效减少婴儿过敏症的发生率。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of probiotics on selective Cesarean births incidence of allergies. Methods Select 60 term infants who were diagnosed between june 2006 and june 2009.Those 60 term infants are all infants by elective caesarean section,The preterm infants were randomly divided into two grops,probiotics intervention group(infants received probiotics for 6 months) and non-probiotics pintervention group,once group 30 infants.Select 30 infants who were diagnosed normally as normal control group.Fresh stool of 90 infants were adopted and cultivated for two aerobes(Enterobacterium, Enterococcus)and two anaerobes(Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus)when the first day and the seventh day after birth which represented the intestinal microbial flora.Sixty of them were followed six months.Results The intestinal microbial flora was not changed significantly between probiotic intervention group and non-probiotics pintervention group on the first day. Probiotics was decreased after therapy on the senventh day in the probiotic intervention group.The rate of allergy was significantly increased(P<0.05) in the probiotics intervention group than non-probiotics intervention group in six months after birth.Conclusion Probiotics therapy early can increased the rate of allergy at selective caesarean section infants.
