【摘要】 目的观察更昔洛韦联合干扰素治疗小儿病毒性脑炎的临床疗效。方法将64例病毒性脑炎患儿随机分为观察组32例和对照组32例,对照组静脉滴注更昔洛韦,观察组在对照组基础上加用重组人干扰素α-2b肌肉注射。结果观察组总有效率为90.63%,明显优于对照组的68.75%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论干扰素联合更昔洛韦治疗小儿病毒性脑炎疗效显著,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ganciclovir combined with interferon in the treatment of children with viral encephalitis.Methods 64 patients with viral encephalitis were randomly divided into two groups and the control group,each 32 cases.Control group received intravenous ganciclovir,observation group were given recombinant human interferon a - 2b intramuscularly,on the basis of the control group.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 90.63%,better than the control group 68.75%,there was a significant difference(P <0.05).Conclusion The effect of ganciclovir combined with interferon in the treatment of viral encephalitis in children is significant,worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
