【摘要】 目的调查研究笔者所在医院门诊不合理用药的情况,以提出好的解决方案。方法选取2007年1月～2009年12月笔者所在医院门诊的3034份门诊处方为研究对象,将其根据年份分为2007年1～12月组(A组)1011份、2008年1～12月组(B组)1011份和2009年1～12月组(C组)1012份,总结分析其不合理用药情况。结果经研究统计发现,不合理用药情况并不少见,其中随着年份的增加,药物选择不合理、配伍不合理、给药方式不合理、抗生素应用不合理及非抗生素应用不合理情况均有所改善,所占比例逐年下降,经比较,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论随着用药越来越规范,笔者所在医院门诊不合理用药情况发生率越来越低,但仍需进一步加强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the situation of irrational drug use of outpatient in our hospital in order to propose better scheme.Methods 3034 outpatients prescriptions in outpatient of our hospital from January 2007 to December 2009 were selected as research object.Then they were divided into group A 1011 cases,group B 1011 cases and group C 1012 cases,and the situation of irrational drug use were analyzed.Results The situation of irrational drug use was still many,unreasonable of selection,compatibility,methods of administration,antibiotic application,non - antibiotic application were improved year by year,the proportion decreased year by year,P <0.05,it had statistical significance.Conclusion As drug using of outpatient is more and more regular,the proportion of irrational drug use of outpatient in our hospital is lower and lower, and it still needs to be further strengthened.更多还原
