【摘要】 目的建立薄层层析法鉴定枸杞子及其制剂中甜菜碱的检验方法。方法采用TLC对枸杞子药材、杞菊地黄丸和益肾灵颗粒中的甜菜碱进行鉴别。结果枸杞子药材、杞菊地黄丸和益肾灵颗粒能检出甜菜碱。结论所建方法快速、简便、可靠,重复性好,可用于枸杞子药材及其制剂中枸杞子的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a TLC identification of wolfberry and its preparation of the testing betaine.Methods The Lyceum barbsram,QijuDihuang Wan and Yishengling Keli of the betaine were identified.Results Betaine of Wolfberry medicinal materials,QijuDihuang Wan and Yishengling Keli could be detected.Conclusion The method is rapid,simple, reliable,reproducible,and can be used to structure of quality control about Wolfberry medicinal and its preparation.更多还原
