【摘要】 目的探讨宫腔镜和腹腔镜联合手术诊治不孕症的效果。方法对82例不孕症患者,同时用宫、腹腔镜联合诊治,以原发不孕及继发不孕为对照组对不孕症的病因进行诊断,同时进行治疗。结果盆腔粘连、输卵管阻塞、子宫内膜息肉是不孕症的主要原因。子宫内膜异位症、多囊卵巢占次要比例。82例同时行宫腹腔镜输卵管通液和各种疾病的治疗,联合手术后妊娠率为43.9%。结论宫腹腔镜联合使用,在一次麻醉下,可以对不孕的原因全面评价和明确诊断,在诊断同时进行治疗,能明显提高手术成功率,降低手术并发症的发生率,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Explore the Palace,laparoscopic surgery combined effect of diagnosis and treatment of infertility.
