【摘要】 目的观察口服阿托伐他汀在调脂同时对高血压前期青年男性患者血压的影响。方法将经体检发现的63例合并高血脂的高血压前期的青年男性患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组进行12周阿托伐他汀药物干预性治疗,并与对照组对比观察血脂、血压变化情况。结果随访前两组一般情况对比没有明显差异。12周后,治疗组与治疗前对比舒张压(P<0.01)、总胆固醇水平(TC,P<0.01)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C,P<0.01)均有明显下降;与对照组比较,收缩压(P<0.05)、舒张压(P<0.01)、TC(P<0.01)、LDL-C(P<0.01)也有显著的下降。结论口服阿托伐他汀药物在有效调脂的同时,可以明显降低高血压前期青年患者的血压尤其是舒张期血压。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of atorvastatin on blood pressure and lipid in patients with prehypertension.Methods Sixty - three prehypertensive young men with hyperlipidemia were enrolled into the study,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with atorvastatin and their blood pressure and lipid levels were checked after 12 weeks and to compared with the control group.Results At 12th weekend, blood pressure(P < 0.01 ),total cholesterol(TC,P < 0.01 ) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol level(LDL - C,P < 0.05 ) were significantly decreased in treatment group,when compared with the pre - treatment ones;also same as compared with control group,their were blood pressure(P < 0.01 ),TC(P < 0.01 ).Conclusion Intervention treatment with atorvastatin is one of the effective measures to prevent the conversion of prehypertension to hypertension.更多还原
