【摘要】 目的探讨二维超声及彩色多普勒血流显像对精素静脉曲张的诊断价值。方法对临床拟诊精素静脉曲张患者86例进行二维及彩色多普勒血流成像检查,根据返流情况将该组患者分为有返流组和无返流组,并与正常组30例进行对比。诊断结果与手术对照。结果平静呼吸时,精索静脉曲张两组间扩张的静脉内径无显著型差异(P>0.05)。Valsalva试验时,有返流组血管内径扩张较无返流组更明显,两者有显著差异(P<0.05),平静呼吸和Valsalva试验患侧精索静脉内径均大于正常组(P<0.05)。结论二维超声及彩色多普勒血流显像是诊断精索静脉曲张的首选方法,可以对精索静脉曲张提供重要的诊断依据,对指导临床治疗具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To stady the diognosis value of varicolele(VC) using two dinensinal ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI).Methods 86 patients suspected as VC were examined by two -dimensional ultrasound and CDFI and divided in two groups according there reflux.Comparing with the 30 normal peoples and the results of operation. Results There was significant difference in the interior diameter of spermatic vein between the two groups in valsalva experiment (P < 0.05 ),but no significant difference in eupnea(P > 0.05 ).the interior diam eters of spermatic vein in VC patients were bigger than those without VC in eupnea and Valsalva experiment,,CDFI diagnosis accuracy was 100%.Conclusion Two -dimensinal ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) is the first method in diagnosis of VC.it can provide useful informations in diagnosis of VC clinical and has important value for clinical treatment.更多还原
